La loi Pinel et le statut des baux commerciaux

Law No. 2014-626 of 18 June 2014 on craft industries, commerce and very small enterprises, known as the “Pinel” Law, devotes its Title I to the “adaptation of the commercial lease regime”.

There is therefore no doubt that this law significantly amends the commercial lease regime.
