No fewer than fifteen of them were selected by the Third Civil Chamber for immediate publication on the Court of Cassation’s website. These are judgments marked “I”.

Through this case law, the shape that the highest court intends to give to the Law of 18 June 2014, known as the Pinel Law, is becoming clear.
