Indemnité d'éviction : l'article L. 145-14 du code de commerce est conforme à la Constitution

The words in the second paragraph of Article L. 145-14 of the Commercial Code according to which the eviction indemnity “includes in particular the market value of the business (goodwill) determined in accordance with the practices of the trade” are consistent with the Constitution.
