An action to have a business management lease (location-gérance) agreement requalified as a commercial lease is subject to the two-year limitation period under Article L. 145-60 of the Commercial Code, and the limitation period starts to run on the date on which the business management lease agreement was entered into, irrespective of whether it was subsequently tacitly renewed.
