Law No. 2014-626 of 18 June 2014 on craft industries, commerce and very small enterprises, known as the “Pinel” Law, contains provisions on its application in time.

Nevertheless, the application in time of the amendments made to the commercial lease regime is a matter of debate among legal commentators.
