Observations sur le projet de loi de développement et de modernisation des services touristiques - Jean-Pierre Blatter.

On 9 April 2009 the Senate adopted a bill “on the development and modernisation of tourist services”, which was debated by the National Assembly on 16, 17 and 18 June.

The bill contains two articles, 3 and 9-1, which are of particular relevance to commercial leases.
