Premises used for industrial purposes are excluded from the scope of Article L. 145-46-1 of the Commercial Code. Within the meaning of that provision, premises are to be regarded as used for industrial purposes where they are mainly allocated to an activity that contributes directly to the manufacture or processing of tangible movable goods and in which the technical installations, equipment and tools used play a predominant role.
