Article L. 145-34 of the Commercial Code merely introduces, in the cases it specifies, a phasing-in of the rent resulting from uncapping, without affecting the setting of that rent at the rental value. It is therefore not for the rent judge to draw up the schedule for the gradual increase of the rent.
