Blatter Hodara



Attorney at the Paris Court since 2002, Winifred Blatter Hodara holds two post-graduate diplomas in private law from the University of Paris II-Panthéon-Assas.

She specialises in real estate law and is also a real estate transaction agent.

She mainly provides legal advice, particularly in the drafting and negotiation of deeds. She carries out audits of rental situations and drafts and negotiates all types of commercial and professional leases.

Winifred Blatter Hodara usually assists clients in major sale and leaseback transactions, generally involving a very large number of leases. She draws up and negotiates leases in future state of completion, and advises and assists clients in sale and leaseback transactions.

Winifred Blatter Hodara is a regular speaker at conferences, colloquia and training sessions, in particular for the Bar Association at the Paris Court of Appeal. Lastly, she has contributed to the last three editions of the Treatise on Commercial Leases (Traité des Baux Commerciaux).
