Attorney at the Paris Court since 2002, Samuel Guillaume holds a postgraduate degree in construction and urban planning law and a postgraduate degree in general theory and philosophy of law from the University of Paris II-Panthéon-Assas.

Samuel Guillaume specialises in commercial and professional leases and is a real estate transaction agent.

He mainly advises and litigates on commercial leases (evaluation and determination of rents, eviction compensation, rental disputes, negotiation and drafting of deeds, transfer of leases or businesses), on all types of assets (offices, commercial premises, shopping centres, logistics, business premises, healthcare facilities) for major players in the real estate sector.

Samuel Guillaume has developed solid expertise, particularly with regard to shopping centres, retail property, leases in future state of completion in the context of complex operations or in the hotel sector. He deals with issues relating to co-ownership, real estate sales and residential leases.

Before returning to the firm where he practiced from 2004 to 2011, he was a partner for three years at Lacourte Raquin Tatar.

Samuel Guillaume takes part in numerous conferences and training courses (Dalloz, EFE, law schools, bar associations, professional groups). He is the author of numerous articles on commercial leases and is published each month in the magazine “Administrer”. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
