As is customary, this review of developments in commercial lease law covers the period from March 2011 to March 2012 and presents the main legislation and court decisions known or published in the leading law journals during that period.

Since the period considered is by no means rigid, the author does not refrain from mentioning later decisions that have adopted contrary or original positions, or which, given their importance, cannot be ignored even now.
