A private member’s bill on the digital equipment of cinemas was adopted by the National Assembly on 16 June 2010 and sent to the Senate.
It provides that the rents of such establishments, classified as “single-purpose” premises, are to be determined solely by reference to the practices observed in the relevant branch of activity.
