The term of an exempt lease concluded after the Law of 18 June 2014 came into force, aggregated with the exempt leases previously concluded, must not exceed three years from the effective date of the first exempt lease. The tenant’s waiver of the benefit of the statutory protection already acquired (propriété commerciale) is ineffective.
