The Covid-19 epidemic, which justified a general and temporary measure prohibiting premises from receiving the public, does not entail the loss of the leased property and does not constitute a failure by the landlord to perform its obligation to deliver the premises.
A tenant is not entitled to rely on it as force majeure in order to be released from paying rent.
