Gaëtan Marain has been an attorney at the Paris Court of Appeal since 2022.

He holds a master’s degree in business law and holds a doctorate in private law from Paris-Dauphine University.

He works as a teacher-researcher at the Catholic University of Lille. He teaches many subjects of private law (common law of contracts, special contracts, sureties, company law, banking law, insolvency proceedings, etc.) and is the author of manuals and studies devoted to business law. /p>

He joined the firm in 2022 where he worked on litigation relating to commercial leases and contracts in general.
